I like this app, I use it frequently. The workouts are adjustable, so i can design a playlist and avoid routines I dont like, which may not always be a good thing. I have done Insanity for over 2 years rather religiously, and while i cant say these workouts are Insanity hard, they very effective. I have a few suggestions for improvement: have a "challenge gauge" associated with each exercise available for the playlists. That way I can design a harder workout for some days and an easier one for others, and its not always possible to tell how difficult a particular move will be until i have been doing it for a minute. Also, HAVE A START OVER BUTTON, as well as a skip button, not for the whole workout, but for each individual exercise! This along with the addition of +5 seconds of time added onto every exercise involving hand weights, and +10 seconds for exercises that involve laying down on a mat. Usually it takes me 5-7 seconds to grab my equipment and adjust to proper form, and at least 10 seconds to pull my mat out and lay down on it ( I cant leave it out because I live in a small space). It would also be very helpful if I could optionally choose the order of the exercises myself within a playlist routine, so that I dont have to get up, get down, grab weights, set them down, grab them again, get up... All this repositioning decreases my productive workout time. Hitting the pause and play button is difficult when I have weights in my hand, or if Im getting up off the floor.
I would like an option to turn off the motivational speaking as well. I use this app when Im watching tv and it kind of gets on my nerves, but its not that big a deal.
Plus, some of the instruction videos cause my app to crash when I press play. Would be good to fix that.
To nit pick, it would be nice if I knew how points are calculated at the end of each workout. I keep earning points but I dont know what they mean.
All in all though it is a solid app and has good, challenging exercises and video instruction. Thank you!!
