I have seen several of my coworkers lose 20+ lbs while gaining strength using the methods illustrated in this training program under the direction of Kingsley, the developer of this app, and fitness guru. It has changed their outward appearance and outlook for future good health!
Phenomenal! This is by far the best fitness app out there! It exceeds expectations on all accounts. I find it challenging, fun, and invigorating! I recommend everyone to try this, regardless of your fitness level! This is a no excuses, you get what you give type of workout. If you want results, download this app! It is user friendly and the demonstrations make it extremely easy to follow! I am beyond excited to use this, it is exactly what I want in a workout app and cannot wait for my next workout (theres always something new!!!!) Highly recommended for people who want to get in the best shape possible. Enjoy-I know I will :-)
This is the most comprehensive yet flexible workout app out there in the market to date! It is very user friendly and the fact that I can use it anywhere on the go makes it priceless. If you ever thought you had no time to work out then this app is for you. It has very high cardio intensive 20, 30, 45 mins workout sessions. If you have been used workouts such as P-90x, Insanity and TapOutXT, this app even has that same type 90-day feature that can gradually get you to your target shape within that time period. Another greate feature that I found with the app is that I travel a lot and sometimes don’t have time to go to the gym. This app enables me to quickly configure a very effective on-the-road routine that I can do without any dumbbells or weights. I swear I burn roughly 1500 calories every time I do a routine. This App is a life safer and I totally recommend it to everyone out there both male and females. I give it a 5 STAR! Will IT, Sweat IT, Earn IT! That’s my new motto! Go maXtreme!
This is simply the best workout App I have used. I am a runner and this App punished my endurance. I chose advanced workout named Monk Mode and the intensity is no joke. I think it is a steal for what it offers. I would have paid much more for the app.
This App has it all; drills with weights, no weights; create your won; get on a 90 day plan; different time-boxed workouts; videos, music, coaches with different accents...I love the graphics.
Finally an app for him and her. I am all about lean muscle with smart workouts. I am absolutely sold after my first workout. Big up!

Some bad moments

I bought this app and some in app purchases and a demanded a refund from apple. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
I got this and thought it was a neat interface, the videos are helpful, the timer is nice, Im not yet sure how well it tracks because I have the cheap version. I thought this is perfect and then....I realized I cant add my own excercieses. The pre-loaded exercises seem geared toward use of only bodyweight, dumbbells and a few other household exercise implements. It has almost nothing for larger gym equipment. Many of the most basic exercises are not even listed, i.e. No bench press?? No dumbbell press, except for homestyle lifts that dont even use a bench?? I dont really get it, they made an awesome app and forgot one key ingredient simply adding ability to add your own excercises. Still its probably great for those with little time and little experience with various types of exercises in general. Could be a 5 but for me its about a 2 and half:( Please someone make the whole package.
