I got this and thought it was a neat interface, the videos are helpful, the timer is nice, Im not yet sure how well it tracks because I have the cheap version.
I thought this is perfect and then....I realized I cant add my own excercieses. The pre-loaded exercises seem geared toward use of only bodyweight, dumbbells and a few other household exercise implements. It has almost nothing for larger gym equipment. Many of the most basic exercises are not even listed, i.e. No bench press?? No dumbbell press, except for homestyle lifts that dont even use a bench?? I dont really get it, they made an awesome app and forgot one key ingredient simply adding ability to add your own excercises.
Still its probably great for those with little time and little experience with various types of exercises in general. Could be a 5 but for me its about a 2 and half:(
Please someone make the whole package.
