Very impressive

I was instantly sold on the theme of gender neutrality as my wife is a tough athlete and kicks my butt sometimes. I like the home feel and just love the ease of use. I like the fact that every routine has a video and the invitation of all demographics. Absolutely good quality and not for the faint of heart. Tough routines to make you really sweat it out.
